Cottage Haven Interiors accepts VISA, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and personal or business checks. Items purchased from our Eureka Springs showroom or shipped within the state of Arkansas are subject to the applicable sales tax rate for your area. Sales tax is not added to shipments outside the state of Arkansas.
We strive for accuracy throughout our online store, however there may be some price inaccuracies due to manufacturer error or price changes not yet noted on our web-site. We reserve the right to make corrections when identified or brought to our attention. Pricing is subject to change at any time without notice.
We have made every attempt to ensure that product details and specifications on our web-site are accurate. However there may be inaccuracies on some items due to incorrect information or circumstances beyond our control, or in some cases a technical error or oversight. If you notice something that does not look correct, or if any questions arise about anything contained on our web-site, please contact us for clarification or a correction.

Although we are confident of the quality of the items contained on our web-site, Product Warranty is with the product manufacturer and not Cottage Haven Interiors. Please inquire about warranty details on any specific product we carry.
The Cottage Haven Interiors web-site requires that you turn Javascript ON. Our site works best with modern browsers such as Firefox, Safari, or Google Chrome. IE 6 is not supported. In the future, we will be incorporating new web technologies that will not work with older versions of Internet Explorere. You may continue to use IE 7, 8 but you may not realize the new features.
Terms and Conditions
Most items in our online store are specially made for you upon order. When placing a special order, please be aware that finishes and fabrics viewed on our web-site are intended to provide our customer with an approximation of how the product might appear in your home. Cottage Haven Interiors will be glad to provide actual fabric samples at no charge, and we will do our best to ensure that your order meets your expectations. Providing us photos as an example of specific finish treatments may also be helpful. We encourage our customers to place custom orders directly with our design consultants rather than purchasing through our shopping cart. For customers in the local Northwest Arkansas area, you may visit our showroom in Eureka Springs to review our entire offering of sample fabrics and finishes, as well as a selection of products from our manufacturers.
Refunds and Cancellations
All custom or special ordered items placed on behalf of a customer are not refundable.
Except as noted, merchandise may be returned to Cottage Haven Interiors within 10 days of your receipt. Items must be returned in their original condition with original packaging for refund. Shipping is not refundable. Please call us to arrange all returns.
All sale items are considered "final" and are not refundable.
Cancellations: Once your order has been placed with Cottage Haven Interiors, we make every effort to promptly put your order into production. Cancellations on an order will only be accepted prior to our placing that order with our manufacturer.
Shipping
Many of our items ship free of charge within the continental US. Shipping rates posted on our web-site are for standard, ground or ground freight and do not include expedited or "white glove" service. The shipping cost for most of our one-of-a-kind or vintage furniture items is quoted upon your request to your destination. Cottage Haven Interiors always strives to minimize the cost of shipping. Where possible, we make every attempt to pass along any savings for shipping. Our business practice is to ship the item(s) to you at the lowest possible cost. In most cases, Cottage Haven shares the actual cost of shipping with our customer.
Furniture or other merchandise you purchase that exceed the weight and/or size limits of UPS or Federal Express will ship by freight. Freight companies typically provide curb-side service and will not assist you in placing the item(s) in your home or disposing of the crating material. A freight company may deliver your item(s) using a local delivery truck or an interstate truck, depending upon your location. You should be prepared to move your item(s) inside your home, unpack the item(s), and discard the crating material. Please note that rescheduling a freight delivery may result in the item returning to the point of origination. Also, freight is different than UPS or FedEX in that the delivery will likely be made in an 18-wheel, interstate truck, with only the driver to unload your items. Most items offered within our online store with "free shipping" are sent freight. You may chose to upgrade the shipping method, where you would pay the difference between freight and white-glove delivery to your address.
White glove service is offered on most furniture items for an up-charge of $150.00. This amount may vary based on weight and distance. We highly recommend this service to our customers. Note that some remote or difficult to access locations may exceed $150.00. In these situations, Cottage Haven will provide an estimate of additional charges before the item is shipped. With our White Glove service, items are delivered to your location much like a typical moving company, where the crew will place the item(s) in your home and remove all packaging material. In most cases, White Glove service will arrive to your location faster than ground.
Estimated Shipping Timeframe: Most of our furniture and bedding items are made for our customers upon purchase. These items may require up to 10 weeks to produce and make ready for shipping. Cottage Haven will make every attempt to ensure that your orders are produced as quickly as possible. Reproduction furniture and lighting items are shipped within 1-2 weeks when in stock. Out of stock reproduction items may require up to 12 weeks while these items are being manufactured and stock replenished. The Estimated Shipping Timeframe is noted for each product on our web-site.
Freight Ship Time: Once an item is ready to be shipped, the actual time for delivery will depend on your location and distance from the origin, typically our manufacturer. Note that most of our products are made in either California or North Carolina. The Freight Ship Time posted on our web-site for each product reflects the typical timeframe for delivery. However, if your destination is rural or located where deliveries are not routinely scheduled, additional time may be experienced. In some cases, delivery time may be expedited by upgrading the delivery type from freight to white-glove.
Damages: If you ever receive an item damaged, please contact us immediately on 888.281.5287. Items shipped via UPS or USPS are insured by Cottage Haven Interiors and a replacement item will be sent as soon as possible. When you receive an item from a Freight Company, please inspect each item carefully before you sign any delivery receipt. Do not sign the bill of laden until you have inspected all items. If an item is damaged, you should refuse delivery. Cottage Haven Interiors will not be responsible for any damages discovered "after" the freight company has left your premises and/or the bill-of-laden has been signed without noting shipping damage.
Privacy Policy
All personal information is maintained in strict confidence and is at no time shared or sold to any third-party.
No information is collected from anyone who browses our site. We do not set any browsing cookies.
Our shopping cart is provided through Google Cart and is completely secure. Thus, for any order you place online through our shopping cart, your billing and credit card information is kept private and strictly confidential with Google Cart. Only the information required to place and ship the order is shared by Google with Cottage Haven Interiors. All other information is held securely and exclusively by Google Cart.
