White Glove Service includes delivery of the item to your home, placement within your home, and removal of all packing materials. White Glove is an additional $150.00 and is added to the quoted shipping price. In most situations, items shipped using our white glove service will arrive sooner than by standard freight.

At the discretion of Cottage Haven Interiors, we may select to only offer White Glove shipping on items that are delicate or may not withstand standard freight shipping. White Glove service is typically available for customer locations that are not eligible for freight delivery.

Unless otherwise specified, Ground Freight is the standard shipping method for furniture and heavy items. The customer is responsible for disposing of any packaging and for placement of the item within their home. Some customer locations may not qualify for freight delivery.
